Non-Profit Clubs and Organizations -- Food Vendors

Since the begining in 1977, the Troy Strawberry Festival has been a fundraising opportunity for the Non-profits and Civic Group serving Miami County. In carrying on with that tradition, food vendors  MUST be a Non-profit serving Miami County OR a Commerical vendor may partner with a Non-profit serving Miami County.  Commercial vendors are asked to provide fifty percent (50%) of net profits with their respective organization.

While every effort will be made to accommodate all applicants, as well as to place previous participants in historical booth space(s), application approval and booth assignment is made based on the type of offering, appropriateness of items offered and space and/or services limitations (electrical needs).

Please note:  The Troy Strawberry Festival reserves the right to require your organization to provide documentation of your non-profit status, proof that your organization serves Miami County and/or agreement between non-profit and commercial vendor.
